About Dr. Marjaneh Rouhani
Dr. Rouhani received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California in 1987 and received her M.D. from Spartan Health Sciences University in 1992.
She completed her residency in psychiatry at Beth Israel Medical Center, Albert Einstein Medical College in New York City in 1997.
She completed Geriatric Psychiatric Fellowship at Beth Israel Medical Center in 1998. Dr. Rouhani pursued her interests in psychosomatic medicine and psychiatric aspects of cancer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City.
She served as Chief Fellow as well as attending psychiatrist in Psycho-Oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
She has published articles related to pain, depression and psychiatric aspects of cancer. She is a member of American Medical Association and Fellow-American Psychiatric Association.
Dr. Rouhani is a Board Certified Psychiatrist, Diplomat American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
